A 4-star hotel facing the museum

Two miner's cottages dating from 1945 have been converted into a 52-room 4-star hotel opposite the famous Louvre-Lens museum.

This project brings together a hotel, a restaurant with 80 seats and four seminar rooms.  The hotel retains the typical architectural features of Pas-de-Calais such as the brick facades but also the succession of terraced houses and their garden.

To keep the original buildings intact, because the site is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, all the houses were stripped from the inside and open the entire length to undergo consolidation by injection.

Ramery’s teams worked together to treat the facades, cladding, woodwork, roof tiles, waterproofing, carpentry and locksmithing of this hotel complex.
