An ecological extension
The specifications target the Passivhaus label for the extension of the school of Viviers which now hosts the 450 students of Phalempin. However, at the time, only 6 schools received this label in France. The new nursery of Viviers is now the 7th to join this small circle. It displays the best score in terms of airtightness, halving the threshold set by the label.
