Ramery Energy teams are present at the Verspieren site in Wasquehal two days a week. Their goal is to manage the maintenance of the various devices on the site: lifts, fire alarms or anything related to climatic engineering such as air conditioning, plumbing or ventilation.
For this, the Ramery Group has implemented a Computer Aided Maintenance Management (CMMS) tool. This tool creates a real link between the insurance broker and the teams.
Verspieren can register its intervention requests and the contract manager will take care of scheduling the requests. Once the work is done, it will update the tool by indicating the tasks performed and adding different photos of the work. At the end of the interventions, Verspieren can electronically sign each ticket to validate the fulfilment of its request. Each party has access to the calendar to find out the different interventions planned and thus work in real time.
