Villeneuve d’Ascq is endowed with a new research laboratory of more than 2,000m², this one is composed of 1,400m² of laboratories, 1,000m² of offices, 500m² of utility areas, a room for accommodation and a room for experimentation.
Ramery energies was involved in:
– production and heating and water networks,
– ventilation and safety against bacteria in 4 operating zones made from air handling units,
– water treatment and distribution networks for raw cold water, domestic hot water, softened water and reverse osmosis-purified water,
– heat and smoke vent for the safety of laboratory technicians.
A 3D modelling (BIM) was carried out in the phase of the As-Built File.
